Fresh to your Family
If you'd like to save yourself the hassle of growing your own garden and staining every pair of jeans you own, a local Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) may be just the thing you're looking for!
Our goal is to bring to your table the freshest and tastiest produce while saving you the trouble of visiting a Farmer's Market. Prairie Sunrise will grow and tend your produce from seed to harvest. We use only natural and chemical free growing methods on our GMO free gardens so you also don't need to worry about what unseen extras you might be getting with your food. We will then drop your fruit, vegetables and legumes right off at your door!
Growing Practices
On our farm we believe in growing in the most natural environment possible. I employ a flock of feathered friends to control pests and fertilize our GMO free gardens. We also engage in composting to return nutrients to our soil. Rest easy knowing there is no chemical fertilizers or pesticides in your food.
Approach to Animal Care
We believe in a responsible approach to care with all the animals living on our farm. Our hens are given excessive living space outside to run around safe from predators and enjoy a diet primarily consisting of plant matter. As a bonus they will never be served up for dinner but permitted to live out their natural lives.
